We Are One – Kundalini Yoga and Gong Bath

When we come together in spiritual community, something magical happens – group consciousness becomes the bridge between individual and Universal consciousness. Energetically, the benefits are magnified.

Dancing with the sound current, rhythm and mantra, we can transcend and uplift individual consciousness beyond the ego to merge with Universal consciousness. We group, we breathe, we move, we chant. We become One.

Join this interactive session as we explore, sound, breath, movement and meditation for deeper connection and harmony.

The gong’s rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They penetrate every cell and fibre of the body releasing blocks (energetic and emotional), reducing nervous tension and stress while boosting circulation. The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper inner connection.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring your own mat, bottle of water, a cushion/yoga block, light blanket for comfort. All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.
