A calm and open heart is boundless, naturally expansive, without limitation or fear. The heart has its own complex nervous system and energy field – a magnetic frequency ready to receive. When we shift out of the head and into our heart, life simply flows. 

 

Heart cells are the most densely packed and are naturally rhythmic so respond well to sound. Sound vibration and change in frequency guides the cells into patterns. Once the right frequency is found, the acoustic field can hold the cells in a stable pattern, almost like an energetic scaffold. 

 

These stable patterns improve electrical conduction, nutrient flow, and contractile coordination and efficiency.

 

The gong’s rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They penetrate every cell and fibre of the body, releasing blocks (energetic and emotional), reducing nervous tension and stress while boosting circulation.

 

The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper inner connection.

I’ll share practical playful invitations for:

 

  • Connection and belonging – establishing energetic boundaries, relational presence and cosmic union

  • Sensory intelligence and embodiment – awakening the felt sense, tuning proprioception and fascia-based movement

  • Spiral dynamics and energy flow – using mudras, mantra and breath awareness for creative expansion

  • Regulation, rhythm and stillness – nervous system tuning, listening, slowing and integration

 

​Open to all. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy.

What to bring

 

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Studio mats are available, but you may prefer to bring your own. Bring a bottle of water, a cushion/light blanket for comfort. Arrive 10 mins before to settle into the space.
